Support Group meetings are free and open to everyone, self-empowering mutual support group meetings focused on addictive behaviours.

These meetings are organized and facilitated by trained volunteers and provide a non-judgmental space for individuals to connect with others for mutual support.

The program encourages open discussion and sharing of experiences while maintaining a structured format.
